DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a person to join the Administration & Finance Department to support the team in the day-to-day running and the administrative management of the company.


We are looking for an organised, multidisciplinary and detail-oriented person who enjoys interacting and collaborating with different teams on a daily basis. The job will be varied, present challenges and require a proactive and resolutive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of received invoices, accounting, and helping with the monthly financial statements of the parent company and subsidiaries.
  • Support the HR team with the project and hours allocation system.
  • General office management related tasks; such as, office supplies, correspondence management and documentation filing.
  • Give support with travel arrangements and  manage travel expense receipts of employees in the parent company and subsidiaries.
  • Support the Administration & Finance team in day-to-day aspects.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business Administration or Management Assistance
  • Proven experience in Administration Departments or consulting companies: 1-2 years experience
  • Working knowledge of Office IT tools (Microsoft Office 365, GSuite)
  • Good communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • High level of English, both written and spoken


OTHER

Commitment: Full Time Role


Location: San Sebastian, Spain 


Salary Range: Variable depending on experience: 18.000€ - 24.000€
