Join us at MapTiler as SDK's Team leader & Product owner with the opportunity to continue the development of our SDKs and weather visualization library, powered by WebGL, TypeScript, and GLSL. While you might not need to be a coding expert, you should have a solid understanding of the programming languages, platforms, and frameworks the SDK supports.

You may have already used MapTiler to check the weather forecast, purchase train or plane tickets, or book a room for your last vacation. We even help during humanitarian crises. • Team leader & product owner for MapTiler SDKs.

• Documentation and reporting.

• Conducting market analysis.

• Continuous Improvement of SDK products.

• Product vision and roadmap quality.

• Quality assurance.

• Backlog management.

• 5+ years of experience in a field of product owning and leadership.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web browsers.

• Understanding the needs and pain points of the developers who will be using the SDK.

• Strong communication skills.

• Being able to analyze problems, propose solutions, and make decisions under pressure.

• Understanding quality assurance processes and techniques.

• Being adaptable and open to change.

• Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Utilizing analytics tools to track SDK usage, gather feedback, and make data-driven decisions with our Data analyst.

• Strong experience in team-leadership.

• Precision, consistency, and being organized in your work.

• A team player who collaborates on a common outcome.

• A strong drive for self-improvement, learning, and sharing knowledge.

• Basic comprehension of WebGL (or WebGPU) concepts.

• Familiarity with mobile application development for Android/iOS.

• Orientation in the market trends in online map visualization.

• Previous experience in GIS and/or development.

• Interest in maps.

• Hourly fixed salary based on your experience.
