Now we are on the mission to deliver ultimate personalized sound experience to music listeners on any sound device. We make sure sound can be enjoyed to the max, irrespective of how, when or where you listen and our collected data and analytics helps continuously improve the experience everywhere.

You will

  • Take responsibility for development milestones, progress, and issues
  • Help CPO to set up product roadmaps with the development team
  • Take responsibility for development budget
  • Collaborate on a complete product lifecycle from concept to execution
  • Set clear expectations and create a positive work environment in development team
  • Implement new tools and processes to improve work efficiency
  • Develop standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained
  • Know how to recruit and grow top talent in development


We are looking for someone who has

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role and background in software developing
  • Experience in managing and scaling technical teams in a leadership role (ideally in a startup environment) as well as high-performance individual contributors
  • Demonstrated ability to define crisp, measurable goals
  • Proven track record of successfully communicating with multiple stakeholders - incl. development team, the leadership team, other company functions or external vendors
  • Proven experience in establishing the right processes that ensure reliability and scalability in a fast-paced and ambitious environment
