The Mission for Office Administrator is: To take full ownership of Mogo’s facilities, ensuring that the around environment is cosy, comfortable and representative. Making sure that employee and visiting clients are cared for. Additionally, taking care of internal communication flow when needed;

The Outcomes

  • Effective organization of office space (seating arrangements, meeting rooms etc.);
  • Office facilities and environment is cared for – employees well-being is top priority to ensure day-to-day business;
  • The office environment is maintained in a modern way, being up-to-date also with external factors – like seasons, celebrations etc.;
  • Participation in tenders to make sure that we have the most effective partnerships for office suppliers, event organizers and similar;
  • Support of internal event organization – for celebrations, larger meetings, training events, team-building activities;
  • Following up office related costs and being able to make decisions to have better efficiency of cost-management;
  • Making sure that employee traveling needs are met – business trips (tickets, hotels) booked, visas valid etc.;
  • Participation in other HR or business support related projects.


Requirements

  • 3 – 5 year experience in related role, like office administration or customer support, preferably in international company
  • Customer- centric mindset, having the natural need for taking care of others well-being
  • Professional Education degree
  • Good level of English – written and spoken
  • Self-sufficient, being able to take ownership of own actions to reach results
  • Interested in organizational tasks, outspoken and good communication-skills
