The Mission for Junior Graphic designer is:To primarily be responsible for art-working and applying designs across the company. Collaborate with marketing department, Mogo departments and other team members to ensure the appropriate concepts, designs and messages are conveyed and represented effectively and consistently for the business objectives and audience.

• Quality visual solutions for marketing and other department needs ( print materials, web banners, graphic elements, presentations, clothing designs) are created,developed and executed.
• Consistent branding standards are ensured and maintained in-line with design and brand standards across the organization’s digital touch points in order to maintain corporate identity
• Implemented communication materials for internal events and procedures
• Designed internal advertisements for the employees communication purposes  

• Ability to easily switch between tasks, and work in a ASAP-mode
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Practical skills in Office Suite (Word, Power Point / Google Docs, Google Slides).
• Perfect understanding of visual composition.
• Responsible attitude to work processes
• Willingness to learn and gain a real experience in graphic design
• Understanding of marketing and branding activities
• Portfolio and proof of work.
