As the Technical Recruiter you will have a crucial role in scaling a high-performing product team internationally. You will be working shoulder to shoulder with a great team who is behind a world-class digital audio software.   • Prepare technical job descriptions
  • Source and select talent across the globe (including specific platforms, like LinkedIN, Stack Overflow and Github)
  • Be ambassador for our values and company culture
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals, hiring needs and recruitment budget
  • Reach out proactively to passive candidates and build a strong professional network
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to promote Sonarworks
  • Participate in onboarding new hires
  • Proactively expand your sourcing know-how to reach the best talent globally
  • Take care of outsourced recruitment and headhunting projects
  • Make sure Sonarworks complies with GDPR and other relevant legislation in our hiring process


  • Proven track record as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
  • Great communication and interviewing skills combined with a sharp eye for detail and critical evaluation ability
  • Understanding of job requirements for IT roles
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, IT or relevant degree
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Openness to direct feedback and adaptability to change
  • Willingness to learn on-the-go and grow together with the company
  • Integrity and commitment to global standards of diversity and cultural differences
  • Extra points for:
  • Experience with advanced sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIN recruitment tools and other relevant digital platforms
  • Strong digital tools proficiency in general
