- Leading a team of 4-8 members, plan and execute a content strategy that drives high performance of purchase orders.
- Research the US market and analyze customer's insight.
- Plan and manage creative content activities for retail products
- Analyze, optimize and report products’ performance
- Coordinate with the Fulfillment department to control product quality, delivery time and customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for KPIs of winning products
- Be responsible for managing and coaching team members.
- Directly report to CPM Manager
