In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our business strategy and technical execution. Collaborating closely with leaders across various business units and development teams, you will transform ideas into a concrete and actionable tech roadmap. As a key member of our product team, you will guide and unify efforts to shape the product's future and achieve our business objectives. Your ability to balance diverse stakeholder needs and steer the product in the right direction will be essential in turning our vision into reality.


What you will do:


  • Work with different stakeholders to define product backlog and priorities
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Lead multifunctional development teams
  • Work closely with business teams to prepare feature requests for development
  • Work closely with the development team to make sure priorities, tasks, and other daily work is clear for them and results are delivered
  • Understand internal and external product requirements


What you will need:


  • 3+ years of product management experience; experience in finance would be a huge advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in managing product backlog
  • Sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Experience in managing different stakeholders with competing interests.
  • Ability to prioritize product needs
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Capability to build the network and maintain relationships with Stakeholders
