Mission for the Human Resources Business Partner: To own and lead key Mogo Eastern Europe HR processes and ensure their quality as well as positive, performance driven work culture and environment across the region countries and HQ! Together we will create a company, which is the best and desired place to work in. Position includes business trips from Latvia to countries we operate in (Moldova, Romania, Belarus, Poland).


The Outcomes

 

Full ownership of recruitment and onboarding processes, trainings, employer branding:

  • Recruitment projects for key positions successfully managed (both in HQ and operating countries);
  • Specific actions proposed and implemented for fast and efficient on-boarding of new operational employees;
  • Group employer brand activities are localized and additional ideas offered for region specific;
  • System of internal and external trainings implemented;
  • HR IT System support provided to the staff.


Performance evaluation:

  • Strong OKR (objectives and key results) culture built & regularly followed;
  • Evaluation system and KPIs dashboards developed and implemented;
  • Annual staff evaluation model implemented;
  • Bonus systems around all functionalities and positions coherent with employee performance and market trends.

 

Internal culture and general HR activities:

  • Existing systems and culture in region countries and HQ assessed by doing thorough research and holding interviews with key people to propose actions to drive performance culture to achieve business results in the HQ and countries;
  • At least 2 per month events organized, including training, exchange of experience, internal communication and motivational events.


Requirements

  • Ability to go on business trips to operating markets;
  • Experience in HR related role in leading position for at least 1 year;
  • Higher education degree in Social Sciences, Business Management or other related areas (advantage);
  • Proficient English (written and spoken) and good Russian (spoken);
  • Well acquainted with MS Office and preferably with HR systems or CRMs (CakeHR or other);
  • Is versatile understanding business & keeping focus on people;
  • Ability to solve problems focusing on results & showing attention to details;
  • Hands on personality, that moves fast & has a can do and getting things done attitude.
