Customer Service Specialist/Sisian

Description is looking for Customer Service Specialists who will  deliver a professional face to face service to customers who will perform the following responsibilities.

  • Serve customers in the branch;
  • Introduce the Company's products and services;
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve;
  • Take a proactive approach to determine service needs, provide information suggesting appropriate service and advice to customers;
  • Proceed with the activation of new contracts and their software registration;
  • Suggest additional products and services of use to clients;
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource; 
  • Accept loan payments;
  • Fulfill other duties related to the work.


  •  Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or a related field;
  • -Experience in banks/ financial institutions or in other customer service fields will be an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Result-oriented and goal-driven personality;
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Effective time management skills;
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
