Experience & Education
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate passion for delivering a positive customer experience
- Able to work independently and as an integral part of a cross-functional team
- Work in a startup environment - moving quickly, adapting well to change, thinking strategically and tactically executing a plan
- Quick learner and result oriented
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Accounts and meet deliverable s
- Coordinate with Business Development Team to deliver their task and duties.
- Work closely with Account Managers/Account Executives to develop a joint success plan for customers and identify success metrics
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers to ensure goals are aligned from a business strategy perspective
- Serve as a customer advocate and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve the customer and help customers drive ROI
