Experience & Education


  1. 3+ years of customer service experience
  2. Experience with CRM systems
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills & problem solving skills
  4. Demonstrate passion for delivering a positive customer experience
  5. Able to work independently and as an integral part of a cross-functional team
  6. Work in a startup environment - moving quickly, adapting well to change, thinking strategically and tactically executing a plan
  7. Quick learner and result oriented


Roles & Responsibilities


  1. Handle Customer Accounts and meet deliverable s
  2. Coordinate with Business Development Team to deliver their task and duties.
  3. Work closely with Account Managers/Account Executives to develop a joint success plan for customers and identify success metrics
  4. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers to ensure goals are aligned from a business strategy perspective
  5. Serve as a customer advocate and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve the customer and help customers drive ROI
