The Mission for Portfolio Manager: To build proper risk management framework in KZ and UZ entities of Mogo Group. Proper framework should imply controllable credit loss in-line with risk appetite of the Group and quality in all risk processes. 

• Ensure regular portfolio segmentation and analysis using data mining tools e.g. SAS, SQL, RA. Ensure feedback loop of obtained results into underwriting policy and other processes within credit cycle of vehicle loans;
• Ensure supervision of underwriting teams in KZ and UZ as well as local risk people. Provide training and development;
• Provide analysis and update monthly provisioning models using Group models; Develop budget and forecast models, which are the most appropriate for KZ and UZ entities;
• Analyze collections strategies and ensure feedback loop into respective processes;
• Support close cooperation with local and group security departments on key processes to ensure fraud prevention;
• Build partnership Group BI and Data Science teams to cover Hub’s needs and achieve HUB KPIs;
• Support Hub management in daily operations and strengthen decision-making process.

• Analytical mindset and ability to work with small to big size data sets and derive justified conclusions
• Ability to break complex solutions into small tasks and solve them step by step
• Quantitative educational background (math, physics, computer science, economics)
• Knowledge of SAS/SQL or other data mining tool
• Previous experience in financial industry (subprime, secured consumer lending) 
• Good communication skills
• Ability to change processes and mindset of people who oversee those processes.
