The Mission for System Administrator: Support business in day to day operations concerning IT infrastructure.


Outcomes:

  • End user support provided for Microsoft Windows workstations, Microsoft Office 365 and other popular applications
  • Installed and configured end user applications, licences and cost approval process managed
  • Inventory life cycle managed – new equipment ordered, warranty cases handled, sufficient stock planned
  • Telephony equipment managed – IP phones configured, support provided
  • Print equipment managed – printers configured and timely supply delivery managed
  • Workplace equipment provided – IT equipment in new work places set up
  • Information system administrated – common information systems and services like Active Directory, O365, Azure, AWS administrated
  • User and licences provided– information system users and access rights as well as licences and subscription services are managed
  • In track with SLA – services within the agreed SLA are provided


Requirements:

  • Windows 10, Active Directory, O365 administration
  • Previous experience with end user support
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
  • Strong problem solving skills

 Would be considered as an advantage:

  • Basic understanding about computer networking
  • Experience with inventory life cycle management and working with vendors
  • Russian speaking skills
