The Mission for Performance (Objective and Key result) and Development Manager: Shape Mogo’s business results by supporting Performance Management, keeping main focus on OKRs - business Objectives & Key Results for each Quarter. Empower and maintain learning and development culture in employee journey. 

Outcomes

  • OKR methodology is fully implemented and used across the company (Group, Hub (regional) and Country levels). Each employee of Mogo, starting from TOP management has Identified and verified main short term objectives and key drivers results of success (OKRs) each quarter;
  • Assist key groups to set OKRs and make sure it’s differentiated between objectives, Key Results and Initiatives; 
  • OKR methodology is implemented OKR methodology fully implemented and used across the company (Hubs and countries), and fully functioning in HRIS - CakeHR;
  • Employees understand OKR setting and acknowledge the benefits of OKRs;
  • Develop and deliver training (OKR theory, best practice, materials, management in CakeHR etc.) of OKRs for group managers and employees; 
  • Audit existing OKR experience and propose improvement plan; 
  • Apply best practice techniques to align OKRs across the organization;
  • Ensure that OKR tracking (timely setting, regular progress reports, result evaluation, result presentation etc.) is performed throughout organization;
  • Follow and introduce best-practice development in relation to OKR methodology;
  • Develop and Execute Group learning strategy;
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs;
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings in cooperation with appropriate external partners;
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.

Requirements

  • 3- 5 years of experience in business controlling, project management,performance leader or similar role;  
  • Understanding of employee competence management and Learning & Development process;
  • Strong presentation skills and persuasion to present own opinion;
  • Knowledge of Lean, six sigma etc.;
  • Preferable knowledge of OKRs;
  • Higher Education Degree in Business, Finance , HR or other related area;
  • Fluency in English – spoken, written;
  • Can-do attitude and high self-drive to reaching results;
  • Ownership and the ability to take confident, independent actions to implement short term strategy.
