The Mission for Sales Process Manager is to: establish and control sales processes ensuring that sales targets are met.

The Outcomes

  • Improved sales processes, systems, operations, tracking and reporting.
  • Sales force is continuously managed, developed, coached and motivated in order to achieve high professional standards and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Key metrics (including performance of sales teams, conversion rates and turnaround rates) are regularly tracked and analysed. Suggestions for improvements are provided.
  • Direct sales agent model is developed.
  • Sales motivation systems are managed. 


Requirements

  • Experience in B2C sales planning, scripts and strategy development.
  • Experience in using / developing systems like CRM and / or ERP.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Higher education degree in related area.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on approach to work with ability to build from scratch & scale up quickly.
