Solutions Architect (Sales)

You will

  • Demonstrate technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, customer training, technical onboarding, RFPs, and RFIs by asking educated questions and giving knowledge answers and more
  • Help Sales and Customer Success to understand the processes, pains, needs, and wishes of prospects and customers
  • Along with Sales, Customer Success and tech support, communicate with prospects and customers via email, chat or video calls
  • Work closely with a prospect or customer in order to identify the best configuration options
  • Help explaining features and releases to customers
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to help influence product roadmap based on market/customer requirements

If you have

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 1+ year Technical Pre-Sales / Sales engineering / IT Project management or software engineering experience Prior experience in a client-facing role
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role
  • Bias toward action: doing your best in combining existing features in meeting customer needs, sometimes reformulating their needs altogether
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and dot-connecting skills
