We are currently strengthening Mogo Moldova team by looking for a driven and highly ambitious Head of Sales!


The Mission for Head of Sales is: to deliver an excellent level of customer service and sales across Mogo Moldova. Within the role you will develop, improve and execute diverse customer service as well as sales related standards and initiatives on a regular basis. As the Head of Sales, you will hold responsibility for forming and developing high performing Sales and Customer Service team.

The Outcomes

  • Sales and customer service activities of the company (branch network, call center and back office units) are effectively led, organized and managed.
  • Daily operations of sales and customer service team (including but not limited to recruitment, motivation, coordination and training) are daily supervised.
  • In close coordination and cooperation with Sales Director off-line channels, new and existing sales channels and car vendors are developed. 
  • Customer service policies and procedures as well as instructions and manuals are timely improved, developed and executed.
  • Ideas for development of sales initiatives, promotions, new products, services and sales channels are developed and implemented on a regular basis.
  • Customers' portfolio is successfully managed and high standards for customer satisfaction – maintained.
  • Close coordination with company / group management and other departments is established.


  • Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English languages.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales and customer service experience in a bank / leasing company / consumer credit company in a supervisory position.
  • Experience in managing teams of employees.
  • University degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  • Excellent computer skills (including proficiency in MS Office).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines under pressure.
