We are seeking a talented and experienced Facebook Resource Management Team Lead to join our team in Hanoi. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding, managing and optimizing Facebook resources. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the marketing team has sufficient resources to operate effectively.


  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with new Facebook Agency Partners 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential Facebook Agency partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage and grow the number of Facebook Ad Accounts to support the marketing team's objectives. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing & operations to assess Facebook resource needs and ensure adequate availability.
  • Collaborate with partners and finance team to make sure the Facebook Marketing team has enough marketing budget to operate Facebook campaigns 
  • Establish clear and efficient working procedures for the internal team


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, legal or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, IELTS 7.0 or above is required for the job
  • Having at least 3-6 months of experience in Facebook Marketing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of planning to align the team's objectives and resources used with the Facebook Marketing team’s objectives. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Proficient in using office software and applications, especially Excel.
