We are looking for dynamic Business Development Representatives to turn our leads into opportunities. 

The BDR role is a key member of the revenue team, reporting to the Vice President of Sales. You will work with prospects over the phone and on through online meetings to assist them in understanding how Flow can deliver value to all areas of their business. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic, we’d like to meet you.

・Experience within a sales team that consistently exceeds their goals

・Experience in a startup environment is a huge plus!

・Become world-class in inside sales

・Execute outbound lead acquisition culminating in qualified meetings

・Serve as a brand enthusiast for Flow’s suite of products and solutions

・Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads at mid and large-sized retailers

・Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business

・Work collaboratively with marketing and account managers departments to execute sales strategy

・Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future










【Working hours】

10:00-19:00 (flextime system)

1 hour including break

* 11: 00-16: 00 (core time)

* 8: 00 ~ 11: 00, 16: 00 ~ 21: 00 (Flexible time)
