The Mission for Business Process Improvement manager: monitor and improve organizational processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible. Research and analysis feature heavily in this role, as business improvement managers map out all workflows, remove waste and low-value activities, and recommend solutions. Business process improvement manager take the lead in implementing changes, acting as leaders, managers, and mentors throughout different areas of the organization.



The Outcomes

  • Identifying issues, redesigning and improving processes across customer journey
  • Structuring key processes and creating procedure supporting documentation
  • Helping define new products, working with IT and business to ensure smooth launch
  • Supporting new country launch through on-boarding local team to Mogo standards in key processes (customer service, debt collection, car sales, etc)
  • Ad-hoc short-term projects to solve specific business problems
  • Driving country growth and profitability

Requirements

  • Proactive, adaptable individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solver with hands-on approach
  • Ability to build, describe, visualize and implement processes
  • Project management skills
  • Performance oriented business thinking (increasing KPIs and growing Portfolio, with adequate costs)
  • Analytical and data-driven person
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and willing to challenge status-quo
  • Fluent in English and Russian languages
  • With high attention to details
  • Excellent in Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Understand Finance Service, Telecommunications or relevant industry
  • Available for some travel (<30% of time)
