A Day in the Life:

• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate teams
• Assist clients and tutors with general inquiries, providing helpful information 
• Handle administrative tasks, where needed
• Stay engaged on the internal messaging system, ensuring timely responses and delegation
• Maintain smooth communication across all teams to ensure efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the services offered, common queries, and resources to assist clients and tutors effectively.
• Ensure a seamless virtual front desk experience, contributing to a positive and organised remote work environment for all parties involved.

3+ years of working in a high-pressure client-focused environment is necessary

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

1. Laptop ( PCs not suitable due to loadshedding ) with functional webcam
2. Strong and stable internet connection
3. Headset for making and receiving calls
