As an Office Manager/ HR Assistant, you'll own the daily office life of our main HQ office in Riga and work directly with Group HR to shape people experience at Eleving Group. This hybrid role combines hands-on operational responsibility with meaningful HR support, giving you direct exposure to improving and scaling people processes while growing your career in HR.


What you’ll own:

  • Manage and coordinate daily office operations & workflows
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth office and facilities
  • Coordinate meetings, internal communication, and office logistics
  • Manage and coordinate couriers, deliveries, invoices
  • Travel arrangements
  • Support HR-related matters, events, engagement activities
  • Support employee onboarding & offboarding
  • Prepare job advertisements, coordinate with candidates, and support the recruitment process
  • Provide administrative support across business units
  • Be attentive to the little things that foster a welcoming and well-functioning environment, creating a positive atmosphere that supports employees
  • Foster a high-performance environment and help drive the company’s strategic objectives


What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in office administration or HR assistant role
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong organizational & communication skills, attention to detail
  • A proactive & people-focused mindset with the ability to think creatively when solving problems or improving processes
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English & Latvian
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, genuine willingness to learn and to help the team in the best possible way
