The Mission for IT Administrator is: To ensure IT systems operation stability, security and development supporting business growth.

Core purposes:

  • Managing remote local IT (1st line support), and resolve all questions/issues escalated from 1st line support.
  • Taking care of MS services/infrastructure (AD, Exchange, GPO, DC, Sharepoint)

The Outcomes

  • Provided technical assistance and support for local and remote users. Dealt with incoming requests and issues related to software, hardware etc;
  • Performed maintenance of workstations, office and network equipment, as well as, resolved complex problems;
  • Maintained IT inventory and user access lists;
  • Advised help desk specialists in remote locations on the usage of hardware, network and software;
  • Registered events, problems and their resolution in logs;
  • Followed-up and updated involved participants;
  • Identified and suggested possible improvements and procedures.


  • 3+ years experience with IT systems and user support administration
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and researching skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess positive attitude & willingness to work in a dynamic, fast evolving environment
  • Ability to promptly diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Windows Server administration, build and maintenance
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, exchange mailbox administration, group policies, domain controllers, Sharepoint).
  • Good knowledge of routers and switches, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS.
  • Hands-on Linux experience (Debian/Ubuntu).
  • Telephony knowledge, experience, (VoIP/SIP, PSTN ISDN, DIDs, Asterisk, MS Teams) considered as a firm pluss.
  • Hands-on experience with Ubiquity and Mikrotik network equipment, IP cameras, Zabbix, Docker, Kubernetes, Netflow considered as a pluss.
