Description

Varks.am is seeking for energetic and highly motivated specialists for the position of Contact Center Specialist who will provide the Company's information in an efficient and timely manner.


Job responsibilities

  • Answer customer’s inquires through incoming call/email or chat in a timely manner
  • Provide general information (procedures, services, payments, promotion, offers etc), inform the customer about the complaint status and resolution
  • Fix customer problems at the first contact and transfer non-resolved problems as complaints to the Troubleshooting Supervisor
  • Attract potential customers through incoming and outgoing calls, make cross sell and up sale
  • Satisfy the customer by finding an appropriate solution
  • Carry out the satisfaction inquiry campaign established by the Quality Team
  • Carry out retention and loyalty campaigns established by the Retention and Loyalty
  • Make outbound calls as assigned
  • Perform other tasks as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor of University or yet a student
  • Preferably 1 year of work experience in help line or Customer services related fields
  • A natural communicator
  • Confident and can-do, with an ability to deliver an excellent customer service
  • Proficient in Armenian (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of English and Russian language is a plus
  • With good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) will be an asset
  • Responsible
  • Able to listen and resistance in stress. 
  • Able for shift work
  • Able to work on week-ends
