We're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who gets excited about an opportunity to create a big impact and establish world-class sales and revenue operations processes and support Lokalise sales team and senior management during the rapid revenue growth. This person will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the work of the sales team so that they can meet their revenue goals. The ideal candidate is able to apply their existing knowledge and experience to establish scalable processes that can evolve in the future, additionally, this role requires the ability to learn quickly, solve problems and come up with ideas for improvements.

You will

  • Maintain a data tracking and monitoring system, analyze and interpret revenue and productivity data in-depth, identifying risks and suggesting solutions
  • Collect and report data about sales trends, channel reporting, pricing, performance metrics and other data for the sales team
  • Identify new ways how to develop sales strategies and customer portfolio to achieve sales team goals and sales plans
  • Keep track of Lokalise price book, subscription information and invoices
  • Create sales contracts that satisfy both the company and customer needs
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to maintain successful operations
  • Audit the existing opportunities and ensure the processes are followed

You must have

  • 3+ years of proven Sales Operations experience
  • Worked for a US-headquartered B2B SaaS company in the past
  • Expertise in sales analytics, forecasting and reporting
  • Significant experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Positive self-starter and a resilient attitude
  • Independent and capable of working on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Please note that for this position to be able to organize our work efficiently, we’re looking for people mainly from Europe.

It will be considered a significant advantage if you have

  • Experience with Sales Territory and Sales Quota planning
  • Experience with revenue recognition processes, deal audits, deal desks, GAAP accounting
  • Experience with review of order forms, side letters and contractual agreements for prospects and customers
