The Mission for Recruitment partner is: to ensure full cycle recruitment process in Mogo group and related companies when needed, ensuring quality in all areas – candidate experience, employer brand, ATS system etc. Taking part in other related HR team and Business support projects.


After 1.5 years potential growth to Regional HR Business Partner or other role within business or HR;

The Outcomes

  • Full cycle recruitment is ensured by defined quality principles ( IT, Finance & business operation related roles);
  • Ensuring good partnership with company’s Hiring Managers, acting as true business partner in recruitment area;
  • Good relations maintained with external cooperation partners, e.g. recruitment agencies, ATS system providers;
  • Well-managed on-boarding process for Mogo’s new commers, ensuring their proper training process and positive experience;
  • 2 – 4 New- Joiner internal events organized per year, managing their integration into company;
  • Quality of ATS maintained and improved when necessary;
  • Strategic planning – participation in work-force/ succession planning;
  • Involvement in employee role & salary grading process;
  • And other activities related to recruitment, on-boarding, employer branding and different HR projects;


Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in international organization or well-known recruitment agency;
  • Higher Education Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or other related area;
  • Fluency in English – spoken, written
  • Can-do attitude and high self-drive to reach results
  • Ownership and the ability to take confident, independent actions
