You will

  • Be the one in the leadership team to set the HR strategic direction and translate these strategies into effective organizational plans to ensure employee recruitment, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborate with team leads to resolve everyday issues - advise them on staffing, organizational structure, performance improvement processes, compensation, and other people related processes
  • Lead organizational compliance with all federal, state, and local labor and employment law issues and requirements
  • Manage recruitment processes - provide guidance and oversight to other team members to develop a recruiting strategy that ensures a constant flow of candidates through every stage of the recruiting pipeline
  • Become the driver of a culture that supports the strategy for business growth and unifies a remote team
  • Build a strong employee development and performance management framework including career paths, training, recognition, and promotion activities that ensures motivation and retention of high performing employees

If you have

  • 3 years+ experience with HR functions, 5 years+ professional experience in general
  • Startup or scaleup experience is required, B2B SaaS industry knowledge is considered a remarkable advantage
  • Interest in tackling and ultimately resolving complex issues
  • Higher education in business administration or social sciences
  • Interest in working in a dynamic, rapid-growth business environment and you thrive and feel confident in such a work environment
  • Strong leadership skills and you can demonstrate the ability to think strategically and to set and prioritize goals
  • Excellent communication skills and you can easily find common ground with different people
  • Excellent English skills, close to a native speaker
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR tools, you are extremely computer literate
