Crossian is looking for a detail-oriented junior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The junior accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.If you are a self-starter, full of energy, and a great communicator with at least one year of progressive growth and experience in accounting, we want you!   • Daily bookkeeping on accounting software, depending on the role
  • Reconcile bank transactions daily, and ensure the data on the accounting book is tallied with the bank statements
  • Reconcile and control the company's monthly fixed expenses (utility, office rental, stationery, ...)
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on the role
  • Reconcile, summarize, and prepare quarterly VAT, and yearly CIT declarations and make remittances for all kinds of tax
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager/ Team Leader


  • Bachelor of Accounting/ Finance or higher.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as an Accountant
  • Detail-oriented, highly focused, open-minded and well analytical
  • Excel skill level intermediate
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS 6.0++ or TOEIC 750++
  • Experience in Quickbooks accounting software is an advantage.
  • Experience in trading/ e-commerce companies is an advantage.
