  • In cooperation with stakeholders to analyze and identify business needs
  • Prospect the potential leads through various channels
  • Build relationships and communicate with potential clients: individuals and legal properties
  • In cooperation with Business Development teams to develop and grow sales pipelines
  • To prepare, analyze and present to the business sales reports and dashboards
  • To promptly react and adjust to all changes in the business model and other factors affecting the business
  • Generate and implement new sales strategies
  • To establish and seek for new partnership opportunities


  • Previous experience in sales, real estate or finance field
  • Previous experience working with both – individuals and legal entities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian, English and Russian
  • Sense of responsibility and attention to details
  • Ability to solve tasks with creative approach
