PRODUCT MANAGER (PRODUCT GROUP - SPORTSBOOK EXPERIENCE)

Obsessed with UI, conversion metrics, and next-gen betting tech? We need a strategic Product Manager to shape what millions of players see and interact with every day. You'll run your own dedicated squad, challenge the "why" behind every feature, and scale embeddable widgets, AI recommendations, and live match tools. • Acts as the primary expert on their specific product area, providing the research & insights needed to shape the larger company strategy
• Decides what to build next based on market research, data, and business goals
• Ensures the features we build solve problems and create value (problem definition and validation)
• Roadmap and prioritisation
• User experience quality
• Metrics and performance
• People manager for Team Leads, Project Managers, and Tech Leads — including salary, development, performance, hire/fire decisions. Partners with functional leads (VP of Engineering for Tech Leads, Head of Delivery for PMs) on technical/methodological input into performance reviews

• Communicate the reasoning behind priorities and customer needs to the whole team
• Define clear metrics for every initiative and monitor them regularly
• Regularly check what competitors are doing and how the industry is changing
• Request customer/user feedback and look at data to find new opportunities
• Work closely with engineers and designers to turn ideas into reality
• Challenge the Why — question every request to focus on outcomes (results) rather than just outputs (tasks)
• Give structured feedback to Team Leads and make people decisions with confidence

• 4+ years in Product Management (or similar) in sports betting products. Solid understanding of sports betting basics
• Languages: ENG (+ if knows RU, but not obligatory)
• Must understand betting UX fundamentals (market presentation, event navigation, live vs prematch behavior)
• Strong experimentation and analytics track record (designed and ran AB, knows CJMs, can point to specific conversion improvements with numbers)
• Experience owning product strategy for an early-stage product
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile delivery
• Ability to balance commercial goals, UX clarity, risk, and compliance
