INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER (SO100)

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Information Security Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining secure processes within our product company, analyzing the security of existing and future services, preparing for audits, and building a robust security architecture for our high-load applications.

• Strong interest in secure application development cycle (SDLC) and web application security analysis.
• Familiarity with *nix systems and containerization systems.
• Understanding of basic network technologies and protocols.
• Eagerness to develop skills in information security.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate professional judgments.
• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.

• Professional certifications in IS or IT auditing: CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CEH, ISO/IEC 27001, etc.
• Experience leading a company to PCI DSS or similar certification.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes security issues.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work from our offices in Riga or Budva.

• Development and implementation of security policies to ensure the security of information systems and data.
• Security monitoring to detect and prevent security incidents.
• Access control management to regulate access to information resources.
• Conducting regular security audits to assess system, network, and data security levels.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, standards, and security policies.
• Incident management, including analysis, investigation, and recovery from security incidents.
• Providing security training to staff and increasing awareness of potential threats.
• Vulnerability management to identify and address vulnerabilities in information systems.
• Crisis management and recovery planning following security incidents.
• Evaluation of new technologies for safety before implementation.
