LAWYER

We are looking for a lawyer preferably with experience in IT to join our Riga team.

• Assist in the preparation of legal documentation related to business operation of the company – agreements, agreement related documentation;
• Work closely with involved parties and departments within the company;
• Coordinating and liaising with internal and external counterparties;
• Monitoring applicable national legislation, perform legal research as may be necessary from time to time;
• Implement corporate changes and regulatory requirements;
• Provide legal advice as may be necessary for company business operation from time to time;
• Working with general internal legal documentation.

• Hold a University Degree in Law;
• Demonstrate fluency in Latvian and English, as they serve as the primary language for daily work tasks, particularly in document preparation;
• Possess experience in the legal field in-house;
• Previous experience in the IT, Sportsbetting, Fintech, Gaming industries will be considered a plus;
• Exhibit the ability to independently draft legal documents and correspondence in Latvian and English with minimal supervision;
• Showcase legal knowledge and analytical skills;
• Ability to coordinate and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts on a daily basis;
• Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office applications;
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
