RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and review daily chat interactions to maintain the highest quality of support.
  • Supervise and guide the support team to meet operational goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that all support tasks and inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide training or feedback to team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and enhance the overall support process.


REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the casino or sports betting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of customer support operations environments, especially within iGaming.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and ensure consistent team performance.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to maintaining service quality.
