HR ADMIN SPECIALIST

You will be the backbone of our people data, ensuring that as we grow, our systems remain flawless, our payroll is bulletproof, and our employees’ peace of mind is never compromised!

1. Data & Systems

• Maintain and control employee data in HRIS and operational working files.
• Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Reconcile data across systems and files.
• Minimize data loss, duplicates, and manual inconsistencies.

2. Employment Changes & Updates

• Prepare and process data related to:
• salary reviews
• bonuses
• changes in employment terms
• status changes
• Transfer accurate data to Legal and Finance.
• Ensure all changes are correctly reflected in systems.

3. Payroll Support

• Collect, prepare, and validate payroll input data.
• Verify all salary reviews and changes prior to payroll processing.
• Identify, resolve, and correct payroll errors and discrepancies.

4. Quality Control

• Perform final checks before monthly payroll closure.
• Maintain a log of errors, root causes, and corrections.
• Improve processes based on recurring issues and risk areas.

5. Processes & Systems Development

• Bring structure and order to Excel files and data workflows.
• Document payroll logic, calculations, and data flows.
• Prepare the foundation for new HRIS implementation.
• Participate in HRIS implementation in the future.

• Min 2 years in HR Administration / People Operations
• Hands-on experience with employee and payroll data
• Ability to work effectively in fast paced environment 
• Strong advantage: multi-country setup and multiple contract types
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Structured, systematic thinking
• Strong deadline management
