REGULATORY COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our company's operations by overseeing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Maintain regulatory compliance databases;
• Liase with regulators/laboratories, administer certification/evaluation reports, monthly and ad hoc reports as required by the applicable laws and regulators;
• Review and update of compliance reports, policies, and procedures;
•  Follow legislative and regulatory changes, ensuring timely updates of stakeholders and company policies and procedures;
• Foster strong regulatory compliance culture within the organisation;
• Create and maintain effective compliance processes to support company’s strategic objectives;
• Create and sustain system of compliance audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential regulatory risks;
• Work closely with direct manager, involved parties and departments within the company.

• University Degree (preferrable Law/Economics);
• Fluency in English, verbal and written, additional language proficiency shall be a plus;
• Experience in compliance role, experience within gaming, fintech regulatory compliance will be a plus;
• Ability to draft documents and correspondence with minimal supervision;
• Analytical skills, diligence, strong attention to details;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Ability to comply with deadlines;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand;
• Experience in project management; development of project plans, progress tracking, preparation of reports.
