Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Gather feedback from customers, sales, and support teams to shape product roadmaps.
  • Define product value propositions and unique selling points (USPs) for target audiences.
  • Develop and manage product launch plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment across sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Create sales enablement materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, product demos, and training sessions.
  • Craft compelling product stories and narratives that resonate with target buyers.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels, campaigns, and touchpoints.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads, content marketing).
  • Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows to drive conversions.
  • Manage social media presence, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
  • Develop content calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal trends, and campaigns.
  • Create or oversee the creation of blog posts, videos, infographics, case studies, and ad creatives.
  • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
  • Define KPIs and track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, ad platforms).
  • Run A/B tests, analyze results, and adjust campaigns for better ROI.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with product management to ensure marketing aligns with product development timelines.
  • Work with sales to generate high-quality leads, support closing efforts, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with design, PR, and external agencies for creative production and media placement.


PII DATA PROCESSOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, create, and implement IT processes and systems that would enable the data controller to gather personal data.
  • Use tools and strategies to gather personal data.
  • Implement security measures that would safeguard personal data.
  • Store personal data gathered by the data controller.
  • Transfer PII data from the data controller to another organization and vice versa.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of both strategic product marketing and hands-on digital marketing execution.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, Mailchimp), ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
