Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Communications:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies to effectively communicate key messages and enhance the company's brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communication efforts with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to promote the company's achievements, initiatives, and thought leadership in the industry.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching stories to journalists, and managing media inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify emerging issues and opportunities for proactive communication.

2. Event Management:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, including but not limited to product launches, conferences, seminars, and networking receptions.
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with company objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and oversee logistics to ensure flawless execution and optimal attendee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate event initiatives with broader marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Evaluate event success metrics, such as attendee satisfaction, media coverage, and lead generation, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

3. Content Creation and Distribution:

  • Create compelling content for various communication channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media updates, and corporate newsletters.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely and consistent delivery of messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage storytelling techniques to effectively convey the company's mission, values, and achievements to diverse audiences.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to foster a sense of community and strengthen brand loyalty.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media contacts, industry influencers, government officials, and community partners.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage executive thought leadership opportunities and amplify the company's presence in relevant forums.



PII DATA PROCESSOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, create, and implement IT processes and systems that would enable the data controller to gather personal data.
  • Use tools and strategies to gather personal data.
  • Implement security measures that would safeguard personal data.
  • Store personal data gathered by the data controller.
  • Transfer PII data from the data controller to another organization and vice versa.


Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or event management, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-impact corporate events and communication campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Strong project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and communication tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches to communication and event management.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, as needed.
