RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Analysis & Decision Support

  • Develop and manage financial models for forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Identify trends and prepare projections to guide strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate project performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.


Commercial Pricing and Analysis

  • Respond to customer bids, quotes, and invoices with accurate financial input.
  • Conduct competitor research and pricing analysis to inform commercial strategy.
  • Develop pricing models and calculators for products to aid commercial engagement.
  • Support the Commercial Team in meeting customer requirements.


License Management and Analysis

  • Handle product license issuance and reconciliation.
  • Monitor license expiry dates and proactively initiate renewal processes to avoid service disruptions
  • Generate periodic reports on license activity, trends, and compliance status for management review
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in license records, customer claims, or system mismatches.


Revenue & Receivables Management

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices. 
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of expected vs. actual income across all products.
  • Investigate discrepancies with banks or payment switches and ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate financial reporting in product/service portals
  • Record revenue across the group and track outstanding receivables to prevent overdue accounts.
  • Document and update income reconciliation processes in Confluence


Other Responsibilities

  • VAT Computation for Seamfix & iTranscript Ltd.
  • Participate in the revenue month end process.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of statutory remittances to avoid penalties.
  • Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by your line manager.


PII CONTROLLER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collection of personal information from customers, site visitors, and other targets
  • Must determine the process and methods by which the PII data are collected from customers
  • Must determine the specific type of PII data to be collected
  • Must ensure all changes and modifications of PII data are effectively done
  • Must determine where and how to use the PII data and for a specified purpose
  • Must ensure effective storage of all PII data in-house and when to share with third parties
  • Must determine the retention period for all PII data collected


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 but not more than 5 years’ experience
  • BSC in Accounting with a minimum of 2.1 GPA
  • ICAN or ACCA Certified Accountant.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient with data analytics tools
  • Sound knowledge of International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS) and its application.
  • Solid understanding of risk and control concepts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
