JUNIOR SPORTS TRADER

Every sports, statistics, mathematics enthusiast with good prerequisites but limited previous exposure and experience in the sports betting field is welcomed at Betby to become a Junior Sports Trading specialist. We're looking for naturally attentive to detail, educated, smart people able to analyse, interpret and conclude from the vast array of sources.

• Undertaking detailed analysis of sports and betting market performance
• Trade betting events for different sports, including long-term tournament markets
• Monitor and manage respective liabilities to ensure risk is mitigated
• Following trading procedures
• Handling trading-related requests and arising issues
• Effectively responding to client queries and requests from other departments
• Assisting team members of the department in monitoring and reporting on product performance

• Prior experience working in the sports betting industry is welcome, but not required
• Strong mathematical skills and understanding of complex models
• Good all-round sports knowledge and a strong interest in sports statistics and probability
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently and in a team setting
• Ability to make responsible decisions after thorough analysis
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
