We’re now looking for a Recruiter to join our Barcelona office and play a key role in the company’s growth.


In this role you’ll own the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and engaging candidates to running interviews and partnering with hiring managers.

Your impact will not just be measured by the roles you close, but also by the processes you develop, the relationships you build, and the long-term talent strategy you help shape.

Responsibilities


  • Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (backend, QA, DevOps, product, data).
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand needs and advise on talent strategy.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing approaches, building long-term pipelines.
  • Drive improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Contribute to Betby’s HR brand and presence in the Barcelona market and beyond.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment
  • Solid track record hiring for roles like backend/frontend engineers, QA, DevOps, Security, Product/Project Managers
  • Strong understanding of tech stacks and ability to evaluate CVs beyond keywords (Python, Scala, JS, Security, PM, etc.)
  • Skilled in sourcing, first contact, interviewing, and candidate evaluation techniques
  • Ability to manage the entire recruitment process independently while staying focused on delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Languages: English (upper-intermediate+), Ukrainian, Russian
