CLIENT BILLING SPECIALIST

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Billing Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full client invoicing cycle, from data collection and invoice generation to payment monitoring and issue resolution. You will work closely with the Legal, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely billing while providing outstanding support to clients.

This position is key to strengthening client relationships and ensuring financial accuracy. You will also contribute to the development of our internal billing processes and take part in system migration projects.

Client Management & Billing

• Work collaboratively with the Legal and Commercial teams to collect all necessary billing data.
• Generate client invoices (monthly and daily), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Provide ongoing support to clients on financial queries and billing matters.
• Monitor daily client payments and promptly address any arising issues.
• Send reminders for overdue invoices and manage accounts receivable (AR) control.
• Follow internal payment policies to minimize financial risks and overdue balances.
• Escalate unresolved matters when necessary and collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions.

Process Improvement & Projects

• Participate in the development of internal back-office billing functionalities.
• Support the migration to a new ERP system.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Tech Lead, Head of Finance, or other stakeholders.

• Bachelor Degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting.
• Previous experience in billing, finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• English Level (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data.
• Excellent communication skills with client-orientation.
• Good understanding of invoicing processes and payment controls.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative in resolving issues.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems is an advantage.
