SHORT DESCRIPTION

Now we’re looking for a Head of Sales with the network, energy, and vision to take BETBY’s sales engine to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inspire, mentor, and grow BETBY’s Sales Team.
  • Define and execute a winning sales strategy that drives revenue growth.
  • Leverage your existing network to generate new opportunities and strike high-value deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the iGaming industry.
  • Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Product, Account Management, Integration) to ensure alignment of strategy and delivery.
  • Report directly to the BDM Director on targets, performance, and market opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 7+ years in B2B Sales within the iGaming / sportsbook / betting.
  • Experience in leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong network of senior-level contacts across operators and industry partners.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A hands-on, results-driven, ambitious mindset.
  • Based in Malta (or ready to relocate).
