FINANCE SPECIALIST (INTERNAL REPORTING)

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to strengthen our internal reporting team. This role will be responsible for managerial accounting, preparation of internal financial reports, and participation in process optimization and ERP migration projects.

• Maintain internal bookkeeping and ensure accuracy in internal records.
• Taking part in preparation of internal financial reports for management and stakeholders (P&L, BS and CF)
• Taking part in preparation of additional monthly / quarterly reports per project and ad-hoc reports per request.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance and income/expenses accounts to ensure data consistency.
• Collect and store documents for each entity required for both internal and external accounting purposes.
• Work closely with team members to streamline reporting processes.
• Assist in researching and evaluating new internal accounting software, ensuring smooth migration and accurate data transfer.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in managerial accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software (for instance 1c, Xero, MS Navision)
• High attention to details and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with JIRA or other financial workflow tools (preferred).
• Experience with process optimization, or financial automation tools is an advantage.
