SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

At BETBY, we are actively strengthening our brand presence and building a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who will play a key role in developing our brand, shaping our visual language, and delivering high-quality marketing materials across digital and physical channels.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the BETBY brand identity, contributing to the creation of a comprehensive brand book, and producing a wide range of promotional materials. This includes digital assets, print materials, merchandise, and exhibition-related visuals.

• Development and evolution of brand identity and visual system
• Contribution to and support of a structured Brandbook
• Creation of digital marketing assets (banners, campaigns, social media, etc.)
• Design of print materials (brochures, presentations, large-scale formats)
• Production of merchandise and exhibition materials (stands, branded items, event visuals)
• Support of marketing campaigns with strong visual concepts, motion, and storytelling

• 3+ years of experience in Graphic / Brand Design
• Strong visual skills and a clear sense of aesthetics
• Solid experience in branding (identity systems, brandbooks, guidelines)
• Proven portfolio with both digital and print work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Figma, and modern AI tools
• Full-cycle experience in preparing print materials (from concept to production)
• Ability to create and edit motion content (video/animation)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
