Frontend developer

You have a unique chance to be part of the new ambitions project that will rethink the technical approach to the business. We are creating a project that will incorporate the existing platform parts while being fully free from working with any legacy code.

Our team is a small group of passionate developers, each adding their own experience to the great product.

We tend to work with modern approaches in web development and programming in general. The core technologies used are Python as the main language and messaging with RabbitMQ.

You will be involved in implementing the project in its different phases, depending on when you join us. We are always open to hear your ideas and opinions about the architecture design, choice of technology and approaches to solving non-trivial engineering challenges.

• Using JavaScript and/or TypeScript for more than five years
• Understanding the principles behind frameworks like React and/or Vue.js
• Understanding and hands-on experience of single-page applications
• Being familiar with programming websockets
• Having confidence in working with APIs

We expect you to be a great engineer who is able to write code manually from scratch, but we are totally open to modern AI helpers that help to increase productivity. As an engineer, you are still responsible for delivering good quality code, whether it is created with the help of AI assistants or not. We expect you not to consider AI a replacement of your powerful brain.

It would be great if you are familiar with other technologies and approaches, including:

• Vanila JavaScript
• GraphQL and REST
• Docker
• Kubernetes

• Understanding how to iteratively develop software (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to adapt the mind as the product evolves
• Good communication skills to work with the team remotely
• Being able to write your thoughts in a clear language 
• Being open to receiving feedback in code reviews
