ROLE SUMMARY

The ideal leader for Seamfix’s Sales Department must be a bold deal-maker, a strategic thinker, and a hands-on coach who knows how to build and guide high-performing sales teams. This role calls for someone who can balance vision with execution, driving strategy at a high level while staying close enough to the field to support and strengthen the team.

This individual should have solid expertise in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven track record of spotting opportunities, navigating complex deal cycles, and delivering consistent, predictable revenue growth. They should be comfortable working with data-driven insights, structured sales processes, and customer-focused approaches that ensure sustainable success.

Beyond achieving sales targets, this leader will be expected to inspire and mentor the sales team, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and build trusted relationships with clients and partners.

By combining strong leadership with commercial acumen, they will help translate Seamfix’s growth ambitions into measurable results and lasting market impact.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Leadership
  • Enterprise & Government B2B Sales Mastery – Understanding of complex, high-value sales cycles, especially in regulated industries like government, telcos, and finance.
  • Deep understanding of MEDDICC sales process and firm alignment with its principles ( Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify pain, Champion, and Competition)
  • Pipeline Management & Sales Forecasting – Must be able to build a predictable pipeline and accurately forecast revenue based on lead velocity and conversion rates.
  • Customer-Centric Selling & Consultative Sales – Ability to understand customer pain points deeply and develop sales strategies that address compliance, security, and operational needs.
  • Understanding of the Full Revenue Lifecycle – Knows how marketing generates demand, sales converts, and customer success retains & expands accounts.
  • Channel & Partnership Sales – Knows how to leverage partnerships (e.g., working with Tecnotree, Visa, Quintek) to drive market penetration and indirect sales. Define, communicate, and execute Seamfix’s sales strategy in alignment with the company vision and revenue targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistency and predictability in sales performance.
  • Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for accountability and transparency.
  • Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams to create an integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategy.


Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team with a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and results.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire, ensuring the team operates as one unified force rather than in silos.
  • Holds people accountable but is also empathetic, balancing performance pressure with coaching and empowerment.
  • Be a relationship builder at all levels and know how to call on relationships to produce tangible results

  • Develop sales enablement programs, training, and playbooks to boost team performance.
  • Drive a culture of coaching, performance reviews, and professional development.


Business Development & Client Relationships
  • Identify, pursue, and close enterprise and government deals, ensuring sustainable partnerships.
  • Strengthen Seamfix’s position as a trusted technology partner in Identity Management, Digital Infrastructure, and Process Automation.
  • Develop account management frameworks to retain and grow existing clients.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations with senior executives, stakeholders, and decision-makers.


Pipeline Generation & Revenue Growth
  • Oversee the creation of a scalable and predictable sales pipeline using inbound, outbound, digital, and referral channels.
  • Implement structured sales funnel mechanisms to qualify leads effectively and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to nurture problem-unaware and problem-aware customers until they are sales-ready.
  • Ensure robust use of CRM systems and analytics to track pipeline health, forecasts, and performance.


Market Expansion & Partnerships
  • Lead Seamfix’s expansion into new geographies across Africa and beyond.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that drive product adoption and ecosystem growth.
  • Represent Seamfix at industry conferences, networking events, and client engagements.
  • Must be able to expand Seamfix into multiple regions (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, UAE, UK, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt marketing and sales strategies to different regulatory environments and cultural contexts.


PII DATA PROCESSOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, create, and implement IT processes and systems that would enable the data controller to gather personal data.
  • Use tools and strategies to gather personal data.
  • Implement security measures that would safeguard personal data.
  • Store personal data gathered by the data controller.
  • Transfer PII data from the data controller to another organization and vice versa.


QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, digital infrastructure, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in enterprise and government markets.
  • Experience selling solutions in Identity Management, Digital Transformation, or IT infrastructure will be a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and C-level relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
