LEGAL SPECIALIST (PART-TIME)

SHORT DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Legal Specialist to join our Riga team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for a law student or HR specialist with a strong understanding of Latvian labor law and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the preparation of HR-related legal documentation (employment contracts, NDA agreements, contract amendments, termination letters);
Supporting onboarding/offboarding documentation;
Provide legal advice related to employment relations;
Maintain secure and organized records of employment contracts, lifecycle documents, and legal correspondence.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in law (or a law student) or proven experience working with Latvian labor law and regulations
Understanding of Latvian labor law and regulations, HR compliance;
Ability to independently prepare and review legal documents in Latvian and English;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and other stakeholders;
Fluent in English and Latvian (written and verbal);
Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office applications
