The Role
About the Team
You will join the product team, where you will be collaborating with multiple product managers, product designers, a localization manager, and project managers.
We value transparency, ownership, and critical thinking. We have a flexible schedule with a focus on results. The team members and stakeholders are spread across Europe and you also have a freedom to work from any country, as long as you’re available to collaborate during agreed hours (core hours: UTC+1 to UTC+4)
The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented technical writer to assist our product team in developing clear and sufficient requirements, updating them as plans change, and then writing and publishing internal release notes and the product digest to keep internal teams informed of progress and updates.
This position will require you to actively participate in team discussions as they plan and implement their next iterations and reach out to various team members to clarify missing details. Your critical thinking, communication, and note-taking abilities will be valuable as we expect you to ask the right questions at the right time and record all agreements. With a focus on product technical requirements, you’ll help teams deliver what was intended and avoid the heartbreak of shipping the wrong features.
You’ll work in an international environment using widely adopted tools while communicating primarily in Russian (though not always). You’ll read and write in English, and there will be opportunities to practice speaking as well.
You’ll learn directly from an experienced technical writer, collaborate with seasoned product owners and project managers, and develop strong product analysis skills that will set you up for long-term success.
Your tasks will follow a predictable sprint cadence, allowing you to set realistic deadlines and plan your workload for the long term.

- When necessary, illustrate concepts using diagrams, tables, screenshots, and flowcharts, applying basic systems analysis techniques.
- Publish internal release notes and product digests to keep internal teams informed about progress and updates.
