We help organizations acquire and service a lot of customers digitally by seamlessly automating their onboarding and service delivery processes so that they can be more productive, make their customers happy, and boost their revenues. Responsibilities

  • Manage, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day activities with respect to the client’s operations and issue resolution
  • Engage client’s stakeholders frequently to ensure they are happy, and they derive maximum satisfaction.
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations by identifying what needs to be done and take action to avoid unnecessary escalation.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business - client work relationships.
  • Analyze business requirements and communicate such clearly to the team
  • Plan and manage customer deliverable inline with standard Project Management Principles
  • Get sign-offs for job completion and invoicing for completed deliveries
  • Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and communicate the appropriate feedback to client’s stakeholders.
  • Motivated to meet set revenue targets within the client’s organization
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager


PII DATA PROCESSOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, create, and implement IT processes and systems that would enable the data controller to gather personal data.
  • Use tools and strategies to gather personal data.
  • Implement security measures that would safeguard personal data.
  • Store personal data gathered by the data controller.
  • Transfer PII data from the data controller to another organization and vice versa.


Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4–5 years’ experience in Sales, Account Management, or Partnerships roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, account growth strategies, and partnership management.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of technology trends and market dynamics, particularly in cash management or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to confidently discuss pricing, value propositions, and commercial trade-offs.
  • Good understanding of competitive products, services, and market positioning.
  • Ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Experience handling sales or account engagements within telecom or related industries is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across Francophone markets as required.
