Project Manager

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals  
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders  
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones 
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, and operations  
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques  
• Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership  
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively  
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices  
• Ensure adherence to company standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks 

PII CONTROLLER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collection of personal information from customers, site visitors, and other targets
• Must determine the process and methods by which the PII data are collected from customers
• Must determine the specific type of PII data to be collected
• Must ensure all changes and modifications of PII data are effectively done
• Must determine where and how to use the PII data and for a specified purpose
• Must ensure effective storage of all PII data in-house and when to share with third parties
• Must determine the retention period for all PII data collected

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or digital environment  
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)  
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar)  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications)
• Experience working in a PMO environment  
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)  
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams
